As Senior Director, Megan manages the accounts team responsible for implementing strategy and digital solutions across client’s brand ecosystems and marketing programs. With over 20 years of experience and a diverse client portfolio, Megan’s expertise continues to evolve to meet the ever-changing challenges facing organizations, especially audience identification, targeted segmentation, and lead conversion. Her strengths lie in leadership and team development, helping those around her understand the significance of marketing at each stage of the decision-making journey, and crafting messaging to move prospects down the funnel. Additionally, Megan supports business development and agency communication to ensure federal growth and client retention on federal and state accounts including the Army National Guard, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, State of Tennessee, American Health Partners, and more. 

Outside of the office, Megan knows two seasons: baseball and football. She spends her free time acting as an unpaid uber driver for her children, never-ending DIY home improvement projects, and beating out the neighbors for ‘best lawn.’
