Lisa began her journey at iostudio in 2007 as a contact center operator, quickly earning a reputation for exceeding expectations and leading with purpose. In 2018, she became President—and has since shaped the company’s growth with a steady hand, a sharp mind, and a deep commitment to service. 

A natural collaborator and strategic problem-solver, Lisa’s superpower lies in translating complex requirements across organizations and stakeholders—building alignment, driving momentum, and seeing projects through to the finish line. Whether she’s navigating federal procurement, cross-agency communications, or multi-channel marketing programs, she brings clarity, structure, and forward motion to every initiative. Her long tenure and longstanding industry partnerships speak to the relationships she builds and the trust she earns. 

Lisa brings hands-on experience, a process-driven mindset, a passion for empowering people, and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership to every challenge. A U.S. Army Reservist with over 24 years of service, Lieutenant Colonel Shock currently serves as a Director of Instruction at the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth. Her experience—rooted in public service, mission alignment, and measurable outcomes—continues to shape iostudio’s culture and guide the work we do for clients who serve others. 

And when she’s not leading teams or shaping strategy, Lisa is embracing her favorite role of all—Mom. She’s busy making memories with her three kids and her dog, Rigsby, often on the lake soaking up #lakelife or off the grid with her camper, campfires, and good friends.
